Retrieving a Purchase Order

Clicking 'view test report' will have LabCom automatically generate a report on the selected Purchase Order.

The report can be printed from the 'Reports' screen or by directly clicking within the Purchase Order screen. For more details see the LabCom reports section below.

The printed report can then be sent to the Lab with the sample in question.

Upon receipt, the lab staff have only to open LabCom, click 'Existing Purchase Order' and enter the printed Purchase Order number to retrieve all the details regarding the order.

Once the lab tests are complete, the results can be entered against the appropriate test name. Clicking 'Save and Close' stores the results for the client to view next time they log in.
